Role Description
As a Customer Care Intern at Togopool, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and social media. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and provide valuable insights to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work well in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Customer service experience is a plus.
Any Graduate or pursuing any management course (BBA/MBA)
