Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator at KLobTech.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Maintain and update client information in the company database
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement solutions
- Assist with client onboarding and training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years in a customer service or sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
