Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for our IT Software company. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, a strong aptitude for client interaction, and a proven track record of bringing valuable business opportunities to the company. Fluent English communication skills, a solid understanding of domestic clients, qualifications of a B.tech degree and an MBA in marketing and IT are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
• Business Growth: Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the client base.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for business growth.
• Proposal Preparation: Create persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing our IT software solutions.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
• Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional post-sales support and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.tech) and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and IT is preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development within the IT software industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
