We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in international sales, particularly in the US, Australia, and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce consultancy and a proven track record of successful implementations and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce to meet client needs, including but not limited to, implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Lead and manage international Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and execute email and LinkedIn strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales in international markets.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Salesforce best practices, adoption, and optimization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, to articulate project status, milestones, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce consultancy as BDM with a focus on international sales.
- Extensive experience working with clients in the US, Australia, and UK markets.
- Proficiency in email and LinkedIn strategies for sales and marketing purposes.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead international projects effectively.
