Business Analyst (BA)

Department: Human Resource

Reporting Structure: The BA will report to the Project Manager.

Job Summary:

Kanyashra Creation is looking for a Business Analyst to support our Reqruitement Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems, and designing solutions to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Design solutions to improve business processes and systems.
• Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
• Monitor and report on project-related issues and risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working in Reqruitement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
