Business Analyst (BA)

Reporting Structure: Reports to Project Manager/Team Lead

Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst at KLobTech, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements for our technology clients. You will work closely with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points
• Analyze current business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies
• Propose improvements and solutions to streamline business processes and improve system functionality
• Collaborate with development team to translate business requirements into technical design and delivery
• Assist in testing and quality assurance to ensure project success
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding project status and timeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, preferred
