Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Amazon PPC Manager to develop,
implement, and optimize our advertising strategies on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a
strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the
ability to drive growth through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across all Amazon advertising
types (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, etc.)
● Manage daily operations of Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid
management, and budget allocation
● Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI
● Conduct A/B tests to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign
effectiveness
● Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
● Collaborate with the product and content teams to ensure alignment between PPC
campaigns and product listings
● Stay up-to-date with Amazon's advertising policies, best practices, and new features
● Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership, including insights and
recommendations
● Manage advertising budget efficiently to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
● Identify new growth opportunities within Amazon's advertising ecosystem
● Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all
channels
Required Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
● 1+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, preferably for a brand or
agency
● Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving ROAS through Amazon
advertising
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
● Experience with Amazon Advertising Console and third-party PPC management tools
● In-depth knowledge of Amazon's A9 algorithm and its impact on advertising
● Excellent Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting
● Strong communication skills to present complex data in an easily understandable format
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
● Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and their advertising systems
● Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to Amazon listings
● Experience with data visualization tools
