Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Mohali
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations and process vendor payments
• Maintain financial records and accounting documentation
• Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities
• Assist in month-end financial closing and MIS reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and internal departments

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Bank reconciliation and financial record management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
