Job Summary

- We are looking for an Accountant who will have a head for numbers to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

- Their primary role will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and to provide valuable insights into the financial health of an entity.

- Accountants play a crucial role in managing and reporting financial information, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing valuable insights for decision-making

- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B. Com, M. Com, MBA (Banking & Finance) would be preferred.

- Knowledge and Hands on experience in Tally & advance MS Excel including Vlookups and pivot table is a plus.

Key Skills Required

- A strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis that may include knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and taxation.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS and other tax compliances.

- Being meticulous helps in identifying errors, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining the integrity of financial data.

- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

- Knowledge of Tally, Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

- Ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and find solutions is vital.

- Upholding integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism is crucial to maintain trust and credibility in the field.

- Critical thinker with high proficiency in calculations.
