Project Role Description
As an AI Native Full Stack Developer, you will build scalable web applications by combining full-stack technologies with AI capabilities. You will leverage tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to accelerate development while creating intelligent solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven features. Collaborate with teams to deliver secure, high-performance applications that drive innovation and digital transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Develop scalable full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
🔹 Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
🔹 Leverage AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot for faster development.
🔹 Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and semantic search.
🔹 Develop APIs, backend services, and database solutions.
🔹 Ensure code quality through testing, security, and best practices.
🔹 Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using Docker & Kubernetes.
🔹 Collaborate with global Agile teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

✅ Must Have: React.js, Node.js, MERN Stack, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, MongoDB, Generative AI, LLM Integration, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

✅ Strong Understanding Of:
RAG pipelines, Vector databases (PGVector, Pinecone) , LangChain / LlamaIndex
Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

✅ Experience with:
Java Spring Boot, Angular , Redux , React Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
React Storybook, Cloud-native application development

Candidate Profile
✅ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
✅ Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
✅ Experience building scalable enterprise applications
✅ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Educational Background:
🎓 Candidates from Tier-1 institutes preferred:
IIT, NIT, IIIT , BITS Pilani
Preferred Branches:
Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Electronics
